MELNITZ STEPS
I am passionate about environmental design and creating spaces that nourish and connect people. Now living in Jerusalem, Israel with my family, I feel grateful for the opportunity to put my knowledge and experience to good use, serving the land I now call home.
With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (UC Berkeley) and a Master's Level Certificate in Landscape Architecture (UCLA), I have a unique perspective on interior and exterior spaces. This dual background means that I see these spaces as inter-connected, and therefore consider the site as a whole when designing. It is this unique vision and 10+ years of experience in the environmental design realm that sets me apart.
Prior to Israel, I lived in Los Angeles, where I had started my own landscape and interior design studio named re-vision studio. The boutique firm focuses on re-envisioning existing spaces and unlocking their true potential. Before that, however, I joined my former UCLA instructor Garett Carlson, at his residential landscape architecture studio as a designer and collaborator for over two years, where I learned and honed valuable skills in administration, client service, business, design, construction, and project management.
